The noise is really loud in #2 building.

Nice places to occupy. The trains, walls and floors are really loud. Parking lot is louder inside than outside.

VERY LOUD AND OPEN. NOT MUCH PRIVACY. PARKING IS CRAMPED. CONSTANT HORNS LOUD SURVEYING EVERY INCH OF APARTMENT ALL DAY AND NIGHT. TRAINS REALLY SHAKE UNIT, ARE EXTREMELY LOUD, AND OFTEN SEVERAL TIMES DAY AND NIGHT.

great new apartments, biggest complaint is parking. many current tenants and myself constantly are either blocked in our assigned parking spots and many visitors and other tenants don't really care where they park. They are either parked on a sidewalk crossing, white lines giving access to handicap parking or right behind assigned parking at a red painted fire line, fire hydrant area or construction zone fencing. The major problem is that tenants can't call to get these offenders towed, the office management does. I understand we should give these residents or visitors a chance to move but 90% of the time i see the same vehicles doing this because they haven't got towed. The only way this will stop making it inconvenient for all of the tenants that follow the rules and pay the rent on time is to get these vehicles towed immediately.....
