My husband and I have lived here for one year. The staff are absolutely great. The maintenance people do such a great job it is unbelievable. Today it snowed. Maintenance went out at 5 am to dry-ice the walkways and patios. There are about 5 to 7 activities going on every day. The residence people are friendly, helpful, and kind. Lots of ways to meet people and make friends. I highly recommend Affinity in Arlington to anyone!

The office and maintenance staff are all fantastic! Friendly and they all work so hard. Lots of lovely amenities. Only complaint is that it's quite expensive.
