This place is highly over rated. Lots of amenities but also lots of problems inside the apartments. It also needs to be animal free. It was defininitly not built with elder people in mind as an adult complex. I have hand to install two toilets that were high enough to get up from. Safety hand rails in the tub and shower areas. Had to have shower leveled, refrigerator replaced, microwave oven replaced and waiting to get tub reinforced. Too many problems for the price and quality of the construction. I am still finding blue tape in areas that should have been fixed prior to renting. Dome of the animals are a major problem and that needs to be taken care of.
