In the 3 years I've been here I've watched this place decline steadily! We've had office staff flip multiple times. This is not the same place I moved into! No one seems to care about anything except increasing our rent, mine has gone up $450 in 12 months. Oh and applying outrageous fees. Don't be a week late. That'll cost you $200 on top of what you owe. Kids leave garbage everywhere outside. Broken glass on walk ways. If it needs addressed. Be prepared to do it yourself. Takes forever for maintenance to complete orders. Didn't used to be this way. Residents are loud! If you work and your neighbors don't. You won't sleep. I definitely do not feel safe here anymore.
