Developed in partnership with the University of Vermont, Catamount Run Apartments provides housing options to UVM Affiliates. Leasing eligibility is determined by the University. Leasing Information Pricing is listed per bedroom. Individual lease liability is available for all two- and three-bedroom apartments. Roommate matching is available for student residents. The primary applicant must have a UVM affiliation. Additional occupants without a UVM affiliation may be permitted. UVM students may remain eligible to lease at Catamount Run Apartments for up to two years following graduation, subject to additional terms and conditions.   Application Information Institutional Affiliation Verification: Additional information may be requested following the submission of your application to determine your eligibility to live at the University of Vermont's Catamount Run Apartments. Individual Lease Liability & Roommate Matching: Catamount Run Apartments offers individual lease liability for all two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as roommate matching. If you would like to live with specific friends who are also UVM-affiliated, each person should submit their own individual application. After applying, send your preferred roommate request to citycenter@redstonevt.com. Additional Occupants: Additional occupants without a UVM affiliation may be permitted. Applicants leasing with roommates who are not affiliated with UVM must apply together and are responsible for the full cost of the apartment. Guarantor Requirements: All UVM Junior, Senior, and Transfer student applicants are required to have a guarantor. The guarantor should be added to the application in the additional occupants section. Leasing Specials Live with Friends & Save $1,000: Move in with your friends and enjoy $1,000 off your first month's rent when your group fills an entire 2 or 3-bedroom apartment. UVM Graduate Housing Savings Opportunity: Catamount Run Apartments may offer a rent subsidy to eligible UVM graduate students who request and sign a lease for a bedroom in a 3-bedroom unit.
