Maintenance

The maintenance here used to be great, but the last few months they act like they don’t know what they’re doing. I was just told, I think his name was Sean… couldn’t make it out on voice mail, when I finally got him on the phone that my dad would have to pay for his light bulbs. All 3? Are out in his bathroom… they’ve never been replaced. This is so unacceptable. He’s lived here going on 7 years! Please, someone get us some good maintenance help.

Inaccessible staff, but okay location.

If you ever have maintenance needed or need to contact management, you are out of luck. They never answer the phone, and maintenance requests are rarely fulfilled. It is true that they should be careful with COVID, but the management is unresponsive to any communications. Additionally, the mail drop box does not get picked up very frequently, which resulted in a late check payment. No idea if the amenities are any good. Though it is nice to have washer/dryer in the apartment, they are pretty cheap. Also, the heating system doesn't work very well and blows cold air in the apartment.

I been here for a year and I am very pleased with the living establishment here. Kaity the resident manager has been very helpful and outstanding when it comes to the residents here. She has been helpful in all ways in helping the residents here and making sure the residents are complying with the rules. I will recommend my friends, family, church members to this establishment.
