Poor appliances. Parking shortage. The water quality is incredibly bad, undrinkable. Very thin insulation-I can hear every move the people above make especially like when the children have a wresting match, Very good otherwise. I don't swim but the pool area looks inviting. Grounds are well kept even if mowing is done early in the AM. Office staff is usually helpful and friendly. When needed, fix it people are prompt.
Love this apartment!
I have lived here for almost three months and love it. It is a gorgeous apartment complex with great amenities. The staff is professional and very helpful. The two bedroom apartment is spacious and has a giant living room. I am excited to utilize the pool when the weather is warm and take advantage of the outdoor area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and beautiful apartment complex.
Downhill since Management Change
Ridiculously strict leases, unavailable amenities, high prices and confusing tenant portals make this a stressful place to live. Location and comfort aren't bad, and staff is lovely, but higher management policies seem to be designed to get as much cash as possible out of each resident.
Best apartment I’ve ever lived in - sad to leave
This really is the best apartment I’ve ever lived at. While it is expensive, it doesn’t feel like I’m paying for nothing. The people who work here are friendly, helpful, and patient. The ameneties are upkept well, and I did use them quite a bit. The unit I stayed in is spacious, good quality, and attractive. The location is within a 5 minute drive of numerous places to shop. I’m going to miss living here.
