My time started in June 2021, and is still going! I relocated to Waynesboro after retiring from my job in Connecticut. Oddly enough, my daughter, who lives in Arlington recommended this area for me. I was sold on Windigrove the first time I reviewed the website! At the time I wasn't able to leave Connecticut, due to my apartment lease there. I wanted, needed a first floor apartment. I was keeping in touch with the leasing agent and when one became available, I grabbed it and we signed the lease even though we would not b able to move in for a month. The best decision we made!!

I've been a resident since June 10, 2021, actually moved in July 6, Relocated here from Connecticut after retirement. The staff was outstanding, from the time I started searching, I needed a first floor apartment , and they worked with me when one came available. The staff has been great, INCLUDING the maintenance team, who have responded promptly for the few instances that we've needed them. The property is well maintained, and they've added amenities since we've moved in. Windigrove is close to everything we need, and the cost is meets our our needs. We made a great choice!

It has gotten better. When I 1st moved here it felt like a college dorm room and you guys where the resident advisor constantly coming into our apts to check on them. I dont use any amenities here, so its rather annoying when you raise the rent of everyone just because youre adding a patio area in the back somewhere. Also raising the rent every year is absolutely ridiculous. You say its to keep up with the rent in the area. Youre stealing from people. This economy is trash. Why make it worse?
