High Rents, increasingly high each year and poor service

Rent increases are outrageous this year and now again for 2024. Amenities are not available as promised in contract. Office several times a week is not open when it is supposed to be. Clubhouse is therefore not available. In the summer months, the pool closes frequently and is not well maintained. There is dog poop everywhere. Landscaping is poorly kept. The frequency they want access to our appartment is way. too high and they don't come when they say they are coming. Office staff has been extremely difficult and outright lie telling different people different things.

Good Apartment, Bad Communication

The apartments themselves are wonderful. Maintenance staff is great. However, it is almost impossible to get them to pick up the phone in the office when you have questions. I have called several times while they are open, left voicemails, and still received no answer back.

Quiet for the deaf and Lovely view

My family approved of the accommodation and i havent seen them since. Nice neighborhood. Hefty inflationary annual increases in rents. Privite dwelling. So many dogs!!!!!! No guest parking. Ever.
