The new management team are great the best team we have had in a long time they appear to care and listen to your concerns and do an excellent in resolving any issue one may have. The grounds could use improvement not well maintained for a high end apartment complex. Maintenance is very polite and do a great job. My building is a bit noisy but I'm next to the interstate. Parking is not great and the Amenities are average , pool is to small for the complex unless one likes packed or congested places. Overall the complex location is great but a bit overpriced.
