I love my new home!

I have been here about 6 months and I absolutely love this community!! My apartment is the perfect size. If you encounter any issues with your apartment maintenance will take care of it and fix it right! There is a lot to do here has a nice playground area and workout area. It is convenient to shopping and dining. It is 31 minutes to Charlottesville and 33 minutes to Harrisonburg. I am so happy to be here!

Great Place to Live and very Affordable

Great place to live and very affordable!! Right next to 64 so easy access if you work in Charlottesville, Staunton or Harrisonburg. Plenty of amenities! Sometimes the road noise can get a bit noisy but only if its a large semi honking their horn lol. Overall would reccomend!

Resident for 5 years, the parking is not good at times hard to find a parking spot. The maintenance crew are great at times ,the office staff are average. The noise volume is loud and at times some folks drive by playing music late at nigh, and being near the interstate does not help the situation. Out side the building a gutter has being overflowing for over a year now and the office is aware about the problem but will not fix the problem. I have not moved because have being sick and do not have the energy to do so, but the place is way over priced for the value.
