Good Apartment

Sierra helped me with my entire application and move-in process. She was readily available and accommodating for me, since I was coming from out of state. This has been a very positive and uplifting moving experience. I love my apartment, it is very spacious (except the kitchen), and maintenance is timely.

Very nice place

These are very nice apartments in a good location close to Town Center. I love the small lake behind the buildings and enjoy walking around it looking at the ducks, geese, turtles, etc. Older building so VERY quiet; no neighbor noise. Good size for the cost + storage and large balcony. There is plenty of parking but lots of trees so you either have needles, sap, or leaves on your car in most areas. The grounds are kept mostly clean and there is weekly lawn care and multiple trash pickups. Staff is very nice and maintenance is quick to respond. There is a pool and it's not heavily used so you can usually find a place to sun and swim. The only small negative is the fitness center is not large and there are only a couple of machines.
