Love the place. Only downside is I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor is doing. The ceiling makes a ton of creeks and noise when they walk.

The area os nice and quiet, eapwcially at night. The inside of the apartment is nice and updated with stainless steel appliances. The walls are thin and you can hear footsteps from the neighbor above you, also when the neighbors open and close the front doors. There are some improvements that can be done with the property like an outside paint job and a paved guest parking lot. I would continue living here as long as the rent isn’t increased ridiculously.

I've lived here for about 1 year now and I really like the apartments. It's a quiet neighborhood, the neighbors are friendly and a great location. The only downfall is the walls being really thin. It's an old building and they've really renovated the inside of the apartment very well with new appliances and vinyl flooring, but the thinness of the walls and ceilings are the only con that I have. If you can ignore that, then I highly suggest this place.
