Lakewood Square Apartments

I like my new place, Kerry made my move in smooth and stress free. The place is very quiet but still, you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around. Parking is great, but the laundry room needs a change machine or to keep up with the use of a card, that will help a lot. Over all, I'm happy and safe.

I have had multiple issues with affordable towing, including being towed for wrong date on pass (was released but they were rude, had a friend stay, gave him the visitor pass, it expired that evening, a Saturday, and it was towed su day morning (no leanency time.....) and when he went to pick up the driver was rude (as I am sure they both escalated) and told my friend he f___ his mother and the police were called. First I enjoy living here and understand the towing is needed for this property but as a resident with a visitor pass that expires on a Saturday and I cannot get it refilled until Monday and to be towed and then be inconsiderate too was outrageous in my mind.

I've lived in my apartment for over a year and I love it. It's such a great area to live in! So close to the beach. My neighbors are mostly quiet and don't bother me much. I like having a quiet pace all to myself. It's a small cute apartment just perfect for myself. I just resigned my lease for another year!

I have loved living at this apartment complex. The location is perfect. Maintenance man Gino is amazing. Neighbors I have met have been very friendly. The only bad experience is the neighbors across the street have people coming in and out all the time. Cops have been called numerous times including ambulance and firetrucks. The noise from the neighbors above me has been unmanageable. There is fighting, slamming doors, slamming cabinets, honestly, I think they are bowling half the time. It is unbearable. My dog is terrified from the loud bangs and slams that are at all hours all day long. If the noises were not as bad, we would be able to live happily here for much longer, but it has gone too far. I have had to call the cops myself because of the safety factor. When I reached out to the office, they said to keep calling the cops. If you have to live here choose the second floor.
