My dryer has not worked correctly in over a year

My closet has been down for 2 months .. my bathroom light not working and it hasnt been working for 2 months … my dryer has not been working in over 8 months..

needs work

building needs sprucing up. Stairs are a hazard, wobbly and loose. Interior maintenance work is armature and done sloppy.
