I've been living here about 6 months now, and i will say that in all honesty i only have 3 issues with this place compared to others i've lived at: 1. Group laundry / laundry card system - I understand that this one is a neccesity of the construction of the place, so i know that this is just a given. 2. Parking - This one also seems to me like a neccesity, its not really like you can just make more land show up to make more spots, however i do frequently find myself having to park a moderate distance from the spots in front of my house and this being an inconvenience for getting to / from work, bringing in groceries, etc. 3. Pet waste - This is the first place i have lived at that did not have some kind of pet waste receptacle set up, and i have seen many people (including myself) with animals, even if there were only a handful of cans around, their addition would make my life as a pet owner much easier, and my walks much smoother, it really does make a difference between there being waste everywhere and not.

Place have gotten better grass is amazing after new owners got this place...Some tenants have to learn to clean up after their dog or dogs... also Tenants need to clean or take their garbage after cleaning or eating in the cars... staff is great place looks a lot better then when we moved in here.............................Thank you.............................

The complex has been better since new management. Love the office personel and maintenance crew. These buildings are older but the remodeled units look great just don't know if they would be worth the new cost since I am still in the same unit as when I moved in.
