The neighborhood is changing

When I moved in 10 years ago, this was a great value despite the usual transiency of rental residents. The past year reflecting the change in economy has brought with it increased package thefts, less restrictive standards for tenants and a less pleasant environment. Any apartment complex with semi regular 3 am outbursts and visits from first responders lessens the quality of life. Otherwise inexpensive and near the oceanfront.
