Nice apartment living experience

No complaints at all! Tucked away near great shopping and restaurants. Playing field nearby, nice gym. Can hear 495 traffic but it is not bad enough to be annoying.

hopefully, after the recent incident, security will be better. but for 25 cars to be broken into . . . when the garage can only be entered by a fob . . . that's crazy. also, I have seen several bulbs in hallways out (needing replacement) for quite a while . . .

Maintenance, Staff & Cleanliness

Fantastic!!! Coming from Michigan to Virginia with the family was a HUGE deal for us. Lots of stress involved. However the one area we didn't face stress was finding a place to live. Thank GOD we found the Reserve! Great place! The staff (Antonio, Gabe, Brenda, Renardo, Adrienne, Ipek, etc.) are amazing!!! And the building is always very clean and well kept. If ever we have an issue the maintenance team resolves it in a very timely and professional manner. My only regret is not finding this place 90 days earlier when I was in temporary housing looking for a permanent place. We have already completed 1 year here and signed up again for another year. We are secretly hoping for another year. Again, there are a lot of stress and issues that come with moving to another state, but THANK GOD for the Reserve and it's staff. It made this transition so much easier. Kudos!!!
