I moved in my place February of 2021 & i have created so many great memories here with my 3 boys. I feel safe to let my oldest son go outside and play by himself. The parking is great, neighborhood is awesome. space is huge.. i would say this is a great place to move into for your 1st apartment & i will highly suggest it!
