No option of lease besides month to month and 1 year. Should have 6 month with a discount rate between month to month and 1 year. At least for residents that already fulfilled 1 year term

Been here years. We are supposed to get carpets shampooed and fresh paint after so many years. Haven't had any of that. For the most part its quiet. Haven't had any issue with neighbors. Just wish management company paid more attention to their occupied units and implement a grace period for rent. After thr 1st ...its a 10% Fee!!! That is ridiculous!

Overall living here has been good. No major complaints except they do not have a grace period on Rent. After the 1st 10% late fee which is pretty ridiculous.
