Staff isn't greatest
My Girlfriend and I moved in on July 12th and have had 3 major issues with this place, it started day 1 we were told we would be moving in to an apartment and when we showed up to sign paperwork for our lease they told us that the apartment we were moving into was going to be 2 to 3 days until we would be moving in, they changed up and put us in a different building all together, which meant we both needed to change mailing, power bill, and renters insurance. The next issue was that we didn't have a washer or a dryer, we were told it would be in next day and then it was moved to the next week and that we would be reimbursed for the inconvenience, didn't happen. We did get our washer and dryer later that week. The third issue happened on August 7th, we were leaving the apartment and when we got to the parking lot my car was no where to be found, I called the non emergency number and found out that it was towed, when I found out that it was towed because we didn't have parking decals, when we went to the front office I told them what happened and they told me they would take car of it today is August 20th and I still have yet to receive confirmation of a check available or anything like a credit being applied to our rent,
