Benns Saint Luke Townhomes- 14345 Benns Church Boulevard

The landlord is a man I’d die for. He's very thorough with his work, hes personable, understanding and has perfect communication with tenants. A roofing job was extended and he came by to each unit to personally explain the situation, the whys, and apolgize for the inconvenience. This location is beautiful with the only downside being the parking and road noise. None the less, I’m so happy I found this place.

So far I only have positive things to say about the staff and where the apartment is located. They are all very friendy.

So far so good. Nice place and good communication

It is a decent place to live. The customer service needs improvement, and concepts like tenant appreciation are non existent. The fascilities are in good condition, but the initial maintenance requests are treated like a burden. There are no bells and whistles to living here, but the affordable rent might be worth it to some people. The neighbors are friendly, and the grounds are kept clean.

Beautiful corner of Smithfield, great staff to work with, the unit is beautiful and well designed. It has a few minor defects/ issues but nothing worth complaining about. My only issue has been parking but it could be worse. 10/10 recommend.

I have enjoyed living in this small community. The neighbors are kind and respectful of one another. The maintenance and landscaping is always well maintained. The management staff is courteous and go above and beyond to ensure the residents have a safe place to call home. I highly recommend this community for both families and single people.
