This is a fantastic place to live. The office as well as main and staff go out of their way to take care of any issues you may have. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Nice but noisy
We stayed in a 3 bedroom on the second floor. It is a very nice apartment. BUT....It is VERY noisy. You can hear everything through the wall and the floor. The amenities are nice, but often crowded. The recycle bin is always overflowing and not of much use, most people just throw their stuff on the ground around the bin. The trash compactor is nice to have, but boy does it stink. On a good day you can smell it when you check your mail. The month-to-month premiums are up there $600+ one month and $851 the next month in addition to the regular rent and fees. The water and sewage bill seem to come days after you pay your rent so don't forget to go back on the portal and pay them. It would've been nice if they had them together, since you pay them on your rent portal. The internet went down and lagged a bit, I had the highest one and still was an issue from time-to-time with gaming for my family. Overall, I would recommend, but there are downsides like any other place. Just not the ones that I want to deal with.
