Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $1400 per month for an individual with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease. Last month’s rent paid up front if more than 1 month stay. Pets considered on a case by case basis. An extra $50 a month to rent per pet per month and $200 non-refundable pet deposit. The house is completely furnished. All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us!
