Love the area, feels like it's own little community. Fairly quiet, good sized apartment, and my kids love it.

in all honesty, this complex isn't that great. we used to have a security guy around but haven't seen him around at all within the past couple of years. not sure why the website says no pets allowed because almost everyone over here has a dog or cat. you do need to show proof your animal is a support animal though, otherwise you need to pay a pet fee.

I HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE 2014 AND I LOVE THE FACT THAT I HAVE FREE INTERNET AND FREE CABLE AND FREE WATER. I ALSO LOVE THE OFFICE STAFF BECAUSE THEY TAKE PRETTY GOOD CARE OF THE NEEDS OF THE RESIDENTS AND THE PROPERTY.

The staff is so welcoming and nice. They always go above and beyond to help us out. They fix what we tell them is wrong and no matter how busy they are they will stop what they are doing to say Hi.

Landscaping is poor. Poor parking as many residents have unregistered vehicles and park in all visitor locations, some residents have up to 3 unregistered vehicles. This means on weekends no available parking for guest.
