Market Rate property
Resident for the last 3 years. The office staff has improved, however I would say maintence staff could improve due to starting work orders marking them complete and never actually completing the ticket unless you make a second or third request. The neighborhood is pretty quaint and laid back. Wish they offered a gym facility and units with a half bathroom. Good value for the location in todays market since the pandemic.
Not a bad, but not perfect
Pros: The staff is amazing and very helpful. Plenty of guest parking with designated parking spots for units. The homes themselves are nice, but would love for the carpet to be replaced with wood floors. Cons: My main complaint is the location. It's off of a busy street with nothing really around. There isn't a sidewalk that leads to the main street, so you'll have to walk on the road with cars coming from both directions to enter/leave the property. I think the homes are a bit overpriced, but that is the housing market in RVA with everything being overpriced.
