I’ve only lived here for a few months, but it’s a very enjoyable neighbourhood and quiet. The staff are really nice and helpful..

It is a quiet neighbourhood. It’s a clean area. The staff are really nice. I’ve only been living there for a few months so I really can’t speak on more than that. The parking is great and the price is definitely worth it.

My air has been an issue since 2022 and it is now 2025, every year when it is time to turn on the AC, my ac fails to cool off my apartment. I am on the top floor with 2 children who suffer from asthma. This is just unacceptable. The temporary fixes that are being made will not suffice. My air has now been out TWICE this week and temperatures are in the 80s. If maintenance does not know what they are doing then send a contractor out!!! I have been very nice about the situation over the years but when is enough ,enough?!!
