Animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, and insects) are not allowed, even temporarily, anywhere in the apartment or apartment community unless we've so authorized in writing. There is a one-time non-refundable fee of $300.00 for the 1st animal and a $150.00 fee for the 2nd animal. The monthly rent will increase by $25.00 per month per animal. There is a two-animal maximum. The following breed restrictions apply: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrids, Alaskan Husky, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Malamute, and any mixture of these breeds. Reptiles, ferrets and rabbits are prohibited.
