Cold Storage IV

The staff is never on top of anything. Nothing ever gets properly fixed, the leasing office doesn't ever get anything done and emails are never responded to or dealt with.. I don't think the cameras work, it is pretty ridiculous.

Atrium lofts at cold storage is great value for your money. Generally, with lower cost renting you trade a lot of wanted features for a lower price tag, but not here. The all inclusive price tag (with utilities, water etc) still gives you a gym, two pools, plenty of parking, with modern styling in unique building. Many people pass over this property for pricier options, but you really don't have to. If you need to save money for a house or pay off student loans, this property is a good way to acomplish that.

I have only lived at the atrium lofts for about a month but so far everything has been really nice from staff to just the environment around me.

I've lived here for close to 5 years. The cost of rent is very affordable, and the value/price is rather high. Having an all inclusive cost of internet, water, electricity, parking etc. is a major bonus. The staff is very responsive and maintenance requests are promptly filled. The only downside is that the location is near the edge of less desirable part of the city. But, having parking options is really nice in a location this close to the capital.

Just moved in, and so far my impression is good. Parking is a little stressful for large vehicles, and some of the amenities need updating and maintenance.

This complex has highly responsive helpful staff and unusually accommodating parking options for being so close to the city center. But, the best part is the value for money. The pricing is highly affordable with good value compared the rest of the greater Richmond area. The only downside is the neighborhood is a bit sketchy and the gym is small for the number of units at the complex.
