I like living at Waterside. The neighborhors can be loud sometimes. Some of the parking spaces are small. The maintenance and rental office staff are wonderful.
Good Place to Live
Not a bad place in a great location with plenty of family friendly trails and parks. Nothing that will blow your socka off hur it is genuinely a good place to live. Expect rent hikes, bur that is almost wvwrywhere. You so see work to update the units so at leadt it seems likwyour money goes toward aonwthing. Maintenance is usually pretty responsive but there have been times where communication is poor.
