Nice and quiet

I don't have any issues most of the time. However, one of my biggest issues is that my neighbors like to let their friends park in my parking space. And yes parking is very limited so if you have a lot of guests parking might be an issue for you.

Ok but need some upgrades

It's ok for the price you pay. However I can say that my neighbors look out for me. And you make the place where you live if you're messy then things around you will be messy. If you are quiet it mind your business then things around you would do the same.
