Great place

Shout out to the staff and maintenance team. Incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartments are surrounded by trees that makes it feel like there's a forest outside my balcony. And besides the very rare rude neighbore, it is very quite. I know I have giants living above me but its very subtle noise if any. The pool is huge, the gym is great and the staff promotes community gatherings. The location is fantastic with being close to so many great restaurants and shops. 10/10 would recommend!

The parking could be better. Wish they had assigned parking. The trash disposal system isn't ideal either but neither issue is a deal breaker.

Bittersweet living

At first glance this property is beautiful. All the amenities are added bonuses. Upon moving in, what I found was that the "remodeled" apartment was a surface remodel. Inside cabinets were old and inside the closets there were broken racks for hanging clothes. Tubs looked shiny but needed reglazing. Door frames bottoms that seemed as if watered damage had occurred, and the list goes on. Any apartment that you reside in presents a Maintenace log that you have to turn in before you move in and all these issues were logged with the understanding that they would be taken care of. They started on it! To my surprise within the first three months there was a new management company which took over the property. Their reviews were great in other places, and I believe their objectives are to create great place to live. Unfortunately, the property manager that they have put in position is causing them shame and dishonor. She ignores signing off on Maintenace request parts and appliances making tenant wait weeks to fix things that take 24 to 48 hours. I resubmitted Maintenace request such as the reglazing of my bathtubs which was part of the walk through seven months ago that was puttied up around the sides. I just found out that she cancelled the request a long while back calling it cosmetic. I can't take a bath (showers only) for now because of the old residue that looks like rust that continues to show up. The Maintenace team and other staff that I had the pleasure of meeting are great, but this property manager is doing this company a huge disservice. This is a business, taking care of the client should be priority. I have submitted another request. I pay my rent faithfully. I encourage anyone looking at any property to ask lots of questions, take videos and pictures of the unit on your initial walk through. Also keep a copy of that maintenance sheet you fill out in the beginning just for these reasons. I don't want to move. I want things fixed. Happy apartment hunting!
