We've been here one year and we like the apartment community. I wish there was more parking near our building but it isn't too bad depending on the time of the day. The community in itself is quiet and peaceful, however, I have had serious issues with our neighbors above us. It's just one person and a very large dog that is the size of a horse. They are constantly stomping, taking laps around the apartment, and every time the dog barks, it jumps. We cannot keep anything on our walls because it slams and vibrates because they are so loud above us. We have asked the leasing office numerous of times to tell the person above us to just be mindful of us downstairs and the person still does whatever they want to do. The leasing office wanted me to record the noise but you would need professional equipment to hear that through video. It's best with the natural ear. I'm not pleased in how I have to constantly prove their noise as if I'm a liar. I have no reason to lie on this person. Yet they get to continue to do what they want to do, make a lot of noise, and stomp around as if they are wearing combat boots 24/7. Bainbridge has highly disappointed me with this because their solution is for us to move somewhere else on the property instead of moving the person causing the noise. The person causing the noise would be better off in a first floor apartment with an animal that large. Honestly, Bainbridge should have a weight restriction on animals and I am saying this as someone who has an animal. If we can be mindful of our neighbors below us and have no complaints for a year, the person above us can do the same.

I just moved in - so far everything has been great, including Vicki who helped us check in! The only thing that I've noticed so far is that as someone who is handicapped with a physical disability, it would be nice if there were a few more handicapped spots towards the front sides of the buildings. A handicapped push button to open option on some of the doors would be nice too, to make it more accessible.
