I have lived here since 2019, while my husband lived, we were paid ahead in rent sometimes by 4-5 months After his death four years ago, it became a little harder and now I pay the rent when my social security gets here. I have no major complaints because the people are nice, the location is perfect for church (4-5 minutes away) and perfect as a starting location to wherever the Prince William Co police dept needs to send me as a crossing guard. If I have any complaint, it would be that people need to learn to talk to each other instead of assuming and being angry at someone, in many circumstances had someone spoken they would have found out they were wrong, or that they could have spoken and told me what they needed before going to another step and then being embarrassed. I appreciate that Vicki Bittinger our manager will speak to me one on one and then there is no misunderstanding. Everything else here is good, I have never been awakened at night by noise. I would like to lease an apartment on the 4th floor if and when it becomes available, it doesn't matter if it is one or two bedrooms, but I could afford it better, it must be on the 4th floor because of my nature, and I have checked through the years and there has never been an opening

I have lived here for 10 years at Park Place Seniors Apartments. I love my apartment, and I like the set up of the of the community. It is very pleasant place to live here. The staff are pleasant and very helpful; they respond quickly with my maintenance requests. I would have no problems in telling others to come to live here. However, it would be very nice if we did not have to pay for storage.

So grateful to have circled back to apply during a time of hardship!! The first time I was working and over-income. However, I always loved what I saw about this darling place. The atmosphere is so welcoming. And a PEACEFULNESS awaits me anytime I return home! The staff is attentive to the needs of the residents and create a family atmosphere. THANK YOU for being what I needed, when I needed it!!
