Landlord Special!!

Have run into lots of issues in the first week. Emma has been great and friendly. During the move-in we had a lot of issues and management hasn’t even reached out but Emma has been very helpful. First impressions are 2 star so far. I understand this is new management so if everything goes well and continues to do so, I will gladly change my review. Biggest issues- Apparently the apartment was cleaned 3 times. Asked for a specific deep clean with carpet shampoo and we did not receive. In the process of deep cleaning the apartment now. Many maintenance issues but most have been fixed by Chris. Thank you Chris. AC unit is not cooling our apartment at the height of August. My biggest issue is the quality of work. Thos place has received landlord special. Paint over everything. Even things that shouldnt be painted. No painting tape was used so there is paint all over floors, carpet, outlets and more. So that is more that I will have to clean off because the hardwood floors look ridiculous with so much paint splatter. We should get a discount from our rent this month because of all of the issues and cleaning labor. Doing a walk through when you dont live in the apartment is one thing. But everything starts to become apparent and stand out within 24 hours. Please higher a specialized professional. And please hire a detailed deep cleaning crew for your apartments.
