Overall very good with a few notes

I have lived at Walden Pond since 2015. I appreciate the quiet location, albeit with noise from other apartment dwellers which is to be expected. Unfortunately, I've had neighbors who consistently break the rules - smoking on the porch for one and not cleaning up after their dogs. The maintenance crew have always been very responsive and do a great job. The ladies who answer the phone in the office tend be sound irritated whenever I've called (except for Jordan who is always very helpful and courteous and has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion.) The apartment itself really could use some upgrades, especially in the kitchen - cabinets and stove are old. However, the rent has not skyrocketed as other complexes in the area have. Overall, I am very happy to live at Walden Pond and appreciate it so much!

Staff is great and super helpful. Wonderful neighborhood & neighbors. And the amenities; volleyball & tennis courts and the swimming pool. You couldn’t ask for more.

Robert P This is a nice place to live and is beautifully landscaped. More upkeep on the property would be nice, and apartments need to be updated. We have lived here for 14 years and nothing has been done to update our apartment, except receiving a new washer when our broke own.
