Very nice appt building. Love living here at the appt the only bad thing is the parking but everything is bery nice and the people that work here are amazing

Lived here for approximately one year. I feel like maintenance is typically late to issues, and the issues have not been resolved or only partially resolved. Parking can be somewhat abysmal during the school year, as there are a lot of college students that live in our complex. Staff is super friendly, but very late, typically to emails. If you ever need to do just about anything, you have to go in person to the offices.
