A maximum of 2 pets (cat or dog) are permitted in each home. Pets over 50lbs are approved for first floor apartments only. Pet breed must be listed on the approved breed list. In addition, if a resident acquires a pet during the lease term, they must obtain prior approval from the manager, pay the initial pet fee, and the monthly pet rent. Pets should be leashed at all times except in the pet park. Residents are required to pick up after their pets. Failure to do so will result in a fine and revocation of pet privileges. Restricted Breed List: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Shar Peis, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hybrids or any variation or mixes of these breeds. FEES & PET RENT Due at move in: There is a pet fee of $500 (one-time). If a pet is added after move in, the pet fee is due prior to the arrival of the pet. I have been living at Ashford since 2020, and my experience has been consistently positive. The parking area is convenient and well-maintained, which makes daily life much easier. The office staff and maintenance team are always professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. Overall, I am very satisfied with the community, and I appreciate the supportive management and comfortable living environment. I would recommend Ashford to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

Only been here a short time but great so far! We probably have the most beautiful scenery from my higher floor location. Would love to see the stairwells, hand rails included and platforms more clean. Drivers go too fast through the parking lots!! Has enough parking spaces also. Ashford Meadows front-office staff is superb! Thanks

I’m extremely disappointed with the overall quality of service at this residence. There are several areas that need serious improvement — from delayed responses to requests, to a lack of cleanliness in the environment. For the amount of rent paid each month, the level of service simply does not meet expectations. It’s frustrating to experience such a disconnect between the cost of living here and the quality of care and attention provided. This has been a consistently disappointing experience.
