I love this place

If you are in search of the perfect place, search no more. I have lived here 6 yrs and absolutely love it here. Our property manager Jenn Mendoza is amazing at her job. If a problem arises she is always there to help and make things right. As well as Sander Jenkins, our maintenance man, who comes out to fix whatever is needed to fixed, whether it is day or night or even a holiday. He has such a caring heart and as positive additude. He always wearing a smile.

Love this place

I just want to recommend to anyone looking for a new home to take a look at Millcreeklanding Apts. You will fall in love at first sight. But on top of that we have an amazing property manager, Jenn Mendoza who makes sure that we are well taken care and that things run as they should. As well as Sander Jenkins our maintenance man. He has been such a help to all of us whenever something is not working or in doing preventive maintenance Even on weekends or holidays he makes himself available and does it with kind heart and smile on his face.

Maintenance

The chief of maintenance, Sander, is FANTASTIC! He came out to my apartment to fix a clogged toilet. He arrived within hours of my call, during the holiday season, in the middle of the coldest and windiest day in 40 years. Living here is great; it's made even better by the fact that Sander is such a conscientious and skillful technician.

Animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, and insects) are not allowed, even temporarily, anywhere in the apartment or apartment community unless we've so authorized in writing.  There is a one-time non-refundable fee of $350.00 for the 1st animal and a $150.00 fee for the 2nd animal. The monthly rent will increase by $35.00 per month per animal.
