The apartments are at a good location and the units themselves are nice. The office staff need more training to treat residents with more respect, not just treating them well as prospects to get them to rent.

I've lived here a little over 5 years and have been very happy here. I have met some very nice people here, and they are all pretty quiet. The location is perfect for me as it's near 66, which helps with my commute. The staff is responsive regarding maintenance issues. Yes, I recommend The Marque if you want a quiet place with good neighbors.

I have been a resident at The Marque at Heritage Hunt for 8 months. My entire experience from my first tour, move in and being a resident has been nothing short of wonderful. My resident experience has really been amazing since Eddie came on board as the new leasing office representative. Eddie is extremely responsive, approachable, patient, friendly and just an overall consummate professional! Whenever I needed to place a service ticket, Eddie ensured that my request was handled in a timely manner and he's always quick to follow-up and be sure things are completely in a timely and professional manner. The complex is well maintained and very safe. I felt very comfortable living here during the pandemic and it has truly felt like home. It's a wonderful gem and having responsive and caring professionals like Eddie to be sure it stays that way just makes it even better.

I have lived here 4plus yrs. After my husband died U stayed in my 5 bedroom home on a bit less than 5 acres if property for 3 yrs. During that time my home became a house that I no longer enjoyed. I have been happy here for many reasons. The complex is lovely. Needs some attention which the new owners are working on. Our new manager Maricella is a welcome change. She is approachable and listens. Covid has tied her hands. All businesses have suffered this past year. Nice to have a full time asst manager on board. Eddie is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very pleased to have Israel still here. He is always helpful and always positive. Looking forward to things even being better. I have developed sincere friendships since moving here which has made the change in my life style so much better
