Living for 1.5 years Overall, pretty nice place & location, great property manager (Luke) and really great value, hard to get a hold of without directly visiting office or calling frequently throughout the day (maybe it's better now since there are two property managers, he was a one-man army for a bit so I respect that) Few amenities since agreement with Farmington ended but not really important to me (I go to Kinetix gym nearby; don't care about a pool or athletic courts)

I wish I could bring this property with me to my new home. I’m sad I have to leave because I had nothing but good experiences with JFM. Staff were always friendly and helpful, there was always plenty of parking by my building, hardly ever heard my neighbors, and overall the value is awesome for the location. Thanks JFM!
