Getafix

been here for 3 years now and the quality of maintenance and action has deteriorated exponentially in last 3 years. complaints sit with the office for months and every issue needs to be escalated before it gets actioned. The only thing which is going up is the rentals!

During the time I have lived here, the kindness of leasing office staff has gone way down. They are not very friendly.

Parking and Cost

The price to live here is way above the normal cost for the type of 1980s floor plan and decor. I can get a very nice Luxury Apt. down the road with Granet counter tops, stainless steel appliance, metal fixtures in the bath and kitchen for $100 more. The parking is $35 a month and sometimes I have to park in the Trader Joe's parking lot because I don't have a parking spot available here.

Noise and parking

The neighbor up stairs, making noise all night. Can not get a good night sleep on a workday. You can not even see the lines in the parking alot. Not sure if i am in a parking space
