shortage of handicap space, it's not enough handicap space, if you can provide more handicap space it would be better, moreover; if the management can repair or replace the elevators which repeatedly out of service most of the time

Munson Hill Towers is an excellent place to live. People are very friendly, updated appliances and the best of all is that is a very calm place. Highly recommended!

I'm Munson Hill Tower's resident for almost 11 years, the current management staffs are the best. I recommended two different families to move to Munson Hill Towers. Currently, both families are our neighbors but most of us are complaining about the rent raising every year and the incomes are still the same. The other problem is the smoking which is almost more than four months until now hasn't been stopped even after the office management had been informed. Nobody knows from what unit that smoke comes from
