The Morgan Phase 1

I am an employee with The Morgan, my experience moving in and living here have been amazing! It was so easy to get parking in the parking garages and I’m so grateful there was such a great team there to help.

This is a very nice place to live. It’s not perfect but they do their best to address any issues.

Love the rent office everyone is kind and understanding

Not exactly luxury but it will do nothing else to be said

Amenities could be better, especially the gym. Not much of thr equipment work. Housekeeping services could be better. I use the stairs a great deal and the area always appears to be untouched. Example, dirt and dust is everywhere. Orange peelings have been on the steps for the last month.

Your pet owning and misbehaving children tenants have no regard for your property. Or the other tenants. Grassy areas contain lots of pet feces. There have been at least 3 occasions of finding urine in the elevator. Children are allowed to run wild with no parental supervision. They throw rocks, break off tree branches to play with, terrorize and kill the wildlife, play ball between parked vehicles, run around screaming and yelling, damage AC units by sticking things into them. There have been several instances of animals being allowed to deficate in the stairwells and leaving the mess for housekeeping to clean up. Your camera system has been down for over a year which has led to all this going unpunished by those at fault.
