The Morgan Phase 1

I am an employee with The Morgan, my experience moving in and living here have been amazing! It was so easy to get parking in the parking garages and I’m so grateful there was such a great team there to help.

This is a very nice place to live. It’s not perfect but they do their best to address any issues.

Good to stay in the community nice area.

I have lived in the Morgan luxury apartments for close to a year now. My experience is been quite fair. Pretty decent environment. I love the artificial lake, the spacious parking lot. My apartment is quite spacious and every equipment functions properly. My only clause is too many dog owners that sometimes don't clean up after themselves and the dogs get noisy very often. I would recommend the Morgan and I actually have recommended it to some colleagues already because my personal experience is not bad so far.

Get place to live! Close to everything! Staff is super friendly and eager to help!

I have lived here for 5 years now and I continue to enjoy my residence. We have gonna through several front office staff, which have all been helpful and friendly each time. We have had a few new management companies which have been ok nothing to drastic just the normal issues you would have. Maintenance have been nice and prompt with each switch of management. Besides the occasional dog barking outside this community is a joy to live in and I look forward to another year here.
