OK and average

The complex has declined in recent years, and it has little to do with the pandemic. The staff used to be more helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate the residents and "make things right." For example, it's a common occurrence for someone to park in a resident's space. The current management pretty much says they can't do any thing but put a sticker on it. How about towing it? Don't the residents pay rent to include that space too? Noise complaints are pointless; the staff say it's part of living in an apartment. The clubhouse has been closed since the fire. The geese make a mess and are free to do whatever, wherever. The location, gym, helpful maintenance staff, and early renewal discounts are the positives. It's an OK place to live, but it could be better with a little more effort.
