Place is nice to live. Price is extremely high and appears to keep going up. Every sine management switched billing is more confusing that ever. I wish i hadnt renewed my lease simply for this reason. Utility bills were estimated at one point, my unit had tripled at one point and it took them two months to estimate a credit. As much as I love the staff, I am definitely not renewing next time.
