Cedar Crest

Love it here but things have changed a great deal over the years!!

So many things wrong. I have the same issues that have never get fixed.

No issues at this time. So far i have enjoyed my time here and i hope it continues

The rent is way too high! There’s always something wrong with this place.

Pretty good, have been a few issues with neighbors and things and police continuously being in the neighborhood. hard to get answers on the phone and maintence to come.

I like living at Cedar Crest bc it's a good location and the drive way is a pleasure to have. The townhouses are nice but the 3 bedrooms are small. Some of the residents like my neighbor 500-2 is loud and disrespectful to other residents she has 2 huge dogs that barking on the regular making it hard fir me to sit on back porch also she has extra people living there not on her lease that looks like bad news problems waiting to happen. She brings down the value of the property along with a few other residents who don't watch their small kids running and playing in the middle of the road and won't move when you try to drive by them. There is a man across the street who has a junk yard in his drive way he has a huge boat, a old rusty van and 2 other cars in his drive way with a huge army truck for 4+ months. All of this is on Essex Ct. Basically Cedar Crest would be nice if the residents that bring the value down wasn't here and also making sure a criminal check is done and making sure the extra people that isn't on the lease isn't living here. Also residents that have small kids running around outside with no supervision or manners.
