Very Loud

Men at 4am every night yelling and screaming and not actually paving the roads/shoveling

Basketball Courts

The amenities, including the gym and basketball court, are not open for reasonable hours. I understand that COVID 19 is a concern, but the sanitation of the courts and machines can be mainly done by residents when used outside of office hours. I don't pay $1750 per month just for a view, one of the main reasons I chose BLVD Loudoun was the indoor basketball courts and gym and I have been severely disappointed in the lack of effort and ingenuity at solving the issues that have come to fruition from COVID 19. My roommate and I both work full-time and anybody with a normal full-time job cannot access the basketball courts more than 2 days per week. If the lack of access to amenities persists, I request a deduction in our rent, seeing as we cannot use the very selling points that were discussed with Shannon upon our interest and process of selecting an apartment.

EXCELLENT APARTMENT

EXCELLENT PARTMENT AWESOME EMPLOYEES ALWAYS READY FOR HELP AND VERY FRIENDLY. LOT OF PARKING YOU CAN PARK MILLION VEHICLES HERE. SECURITY OF BUILDING VERY GOOD EVERY TENANT HAVE THERE OWN KEY FOB NO ONE CAN ENTER WITHOUT KEY FOB. RECENTLY BLVD LOUDOUN HAVE PARCEL PENDING SERVICE WHICH IS EXCELLENT. ITS SECURE UR ORDER WILL BE PALCED IN LOCKER ONLY THE PERSON HAVE CODE FOR LOCKER CAN OPEN. I WILL RECOMMAND BLVD LOUDOUN STATION TO EVERYONE.
