Pros: Location, Balcony (soon to be restricted for re-development) Cons: Expensive, Old and poorly finished interiors, No value and consideration for tenants, constant breakdown of amenities and redevelopment

The condition of this apartment building has deteriorated substantially since we first moved in, especially since it's been purchased by an out-of-state landlord. Expect that at least one elevator will always be out-of-service, air conditioning failures occur frequently, and my unit has had both power and water problems this year (faulty breakers and leaking pipes). They recently took the parking garage out of service for several months, and have since jacked up the rates to well above what they were before (and the garage hasn't even reopened yet). In general, this building charges much higher rents than living in this decrepit property is worth. We will likely move elsewhere when this lease cycle is up because it's clear that the new owners are only in this to wring every last cent out of their tenants without providing fair value in their product. At least the on-site maintenance staff and front desk staff are nice and competent.

This place was not only bad with noise and constant breaking of elevators etc, but when I moved out, they made up charges to keep some of my deposit. Fighting them now

Great location but comes at a cost of high noise pollution. Building is bit dated with low ceiling height but fair for living. Amenities can be bit better, simple things such as air for bike can make a difference.
