I love the location and the proximity, but I genuinely hate the staff. They are the most money hungry, and heartless staff I've seen since I've lived here. They do not work with Residents, and do not care about the community in which they advertise. It honestly needs to be under review with some of the instances and the stories that I've witnessed/experienced. Kyle (the new manager) is very condescending and rude, he rolls his eyes at you when he thinks you aren't looking and has a very nasty spirit about him. I would not recommend anyone live here with this new management team, they really are negatively impacting the community. There is no engagement, no care, no concern, no nothing. Once my time is up, I will be out of this place and honestly am willing to report them for anything I can.

Since my move-in three months ago, I have encountered several issues that have not been resolved. On my first day, I reserved the loading dock for my movers’ box truck, expecting it to be reserved for me upon my arrival. However, when I showed up for my reserved time, I discovered that the loading dock was occupied by another tenant. Despite informing the front desk and management team of this issue, it took them over an hour to resolve it. Furthermore, during the lease signing process, the property management did not disclose that heavy construction maintenance would be required two months after my move-in. I was informed that heavy construction would commence within the next two to three weeks, five days a week, which would disrupt my ability to use my unit without a 30-day notice. Despite reaching out multiple times to discuss these concerns and issues with the leasing management team, I have not received a response.
