This property is a great value for the amount of space. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is usually responsive. It feels like a safe neighborhood and it is close enough to public transportation.

Good location, great value

Pretty spacious interiors, a hop skip and jump from downtown Courthouse and Rosslyn, and for an unbeatable rate in Arlington. Nice relatively quiet working class neighborhood. Good access to public transport, makes communiting into the city a breeze. Staff are friendly and professional.
