Good value for location
This property is a great value for the amount of space. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is usually responsive. It feels like a safe neighborhood and it is close enough to public transportation.

Good location, great value
Pretty spacious interiors, a hop skip and jump from downtown Courthouse and Rosslyn, and for an unbeatable rate in Arlington. Nice relatively quiet working class neighborhood. Good access to public transport, makes communiting into the city a breeze. Staff are friendly and professional.

Forced heat is not okay
This is a relatively affordable place in a pretty convenient location. A working class family neighborhood with a few students as well; suprisingly quiet and charming. HOWEVER, this apartment wont allow you to use your AC from Oct. through much of May. For Nova, especially these days, this makes it unlivable on an unseasonable fall, winter or spring day. They wont let you install your own either. Ive live in afforfable older apartments my whole adult life, and never had to deal with this as a policy.
