This is a construction zone

Silica dust from the construction just in front of Central Place building is entering the apartments. This is a serious danger and they don’t do anything to inform you nor protect you. The noise is constant and is lound even on weekend and holiday. The dust is toxic and it will kill you. They will not disclose the health risks to you. Google yourself construction dust, silica dust and noise from heavy machinery, including pile driving noise.

Just never try to leave

While, I had a fine experience as a resident, the problems I have had since moving out have been unreal. My bank account was automatically debited for one month of rent after I moved out. The management office never issued a check and took a week to return my calls. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get it resolved. I was also signed up for a renters insurance policy without my consent one month after I had moved out. I am still in a dispute with the management office about this. Clearly, JBG does not have systems that accommodate when residents move out. It is like the house in the horror movie that you can’t escape.
