A wonderful community

I’ve loved living at Bell at Courthouse. The amenities (pool, gym, common areas), are great and very well maintained. The only thing lacking is the hot tub - it’s often lukewarm and the jets arent strong. The staff are all so friendly, and maintenance requests are handled quickly, sometimes same-day. You cannot beat the location. Lots of nice families living in the community, and somehow the apartments are super quiet - I think because they were orginially built to be condos. I just signed my third lease here, I love it.

Great value, less great street noise

I love living here; the maintenance team and front office staff are phenomenal. The noise from the freeway leaves a bit to be desired, especially the occasional sirens at night, but there are ways to mitigate it a little. The community is friendly, and I look forward to being a part of it for a while.
